Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes are only allowed within 24 hours. After that, the order is final.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or shipping delays.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly stated during the checkout process.
Delivery times are approximate and subject to delays caused by external factors such as customs or courier issues.
Once your order is shipped, Suits India is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage during transit.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Alterations
Since our products are custom-made, they are non-refundable unless there is a defect caused by us.
If a defect is identified, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will address the issue through repairs, remakes, or refunds, as appropriate.
Alterations due to incorrect measurements provided by you will not be covered by Suits India. Additional charges may apply for such alterations.
